- Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled start of the service.
- If the service has already begun or is in progress, cancellations will not be eligible for a full refund, but we will provide a prorated refund for the portion of services not rendered.
- Please note: We provide only one-time services and do not offer subscription-based or recurring billing.
2. Return and Refund Policy

2.1 Refunds for Services:
- If you are dissatisfied with our services, you may request a review of the work. If a resolution cannot be agreed upon, a partial refund may be issued, depending on the portion of services already completed.
- Refunds will not be issued for services that have been fully rendered and delivered.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items:
- Custom work, such as tailored marketing strategies, API integrations, and design services, once delivered, is considered non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract.
2.3 Chargeback Policy:
- By making a payment for any services, the client acknowledges that services will be rendered as described and agrees not to initiate chargebacks for completed and accepted work.
- All purchases are one-time only. We do not offer recurring payments or subscriptions.
